Brooks Cavin, Jr working on
building projectSome of my uploaded images don't show up!
Q: Uploading seems to be working ok but
after they are uploaded, they are not
displayed on the test page or by clicking
on the name of the image.
A: Before saving images as JPG files, make certain that
they are set to RGB Color. In Photoshop, this can be
done by selecting "Image>Mode>RGB Color". JPG
images in the print color space CMYK are not displayed
in most browsers.
What is a pixel?
Q: What is a pixel and how does this relate
to my 24 x 36 wide sheet?
A: Think of pixels as a grid paper. A typical computer
screen has 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high.
Computer screens vary, so this may range from below
that number to a higher number. Considering a grid
paper of 1024 pixels wide on a computer screen, each
point in the grid will be used to represent a graphic
image. If an image is submitted that is 1200 pixels wide
only about 75% of it will show.
